Subscriptions are billed through the app store, so you cancel them there — not inside Pup Genius.
iPhone/iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Pup Genius → Cancel Subscription.
Android: open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pup Genius → Cancel.
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Make sure Pup Genius has microphone and camera permission, then restart the app.
iPhone/iPad: Settings → Pup Genius → turn on Microphone and Camera.
Android: Settings → Apps → Pup Genius → Permissions → allow Microphone and Camera.
Live sessions also need a stable internet connection, and make sure your phone isn't muted.
You can request account deletion from the in-app Feedback form (Settings > Feedback, choose "General"), or by emailing us at the address above. We'll remove your account and its associated data.
No. Pup Genius offers general educational guidance and AI coaching. For medical concerns, please consult a licensed veterinarian, and for a dog that is severely aggressive or dangerous, work with a certified behaviorist in person.
Try closing and reopening the app while signed in. If it still doesn't show, email us with your account email and the approximate purchase time and we'll sort it out.
